S & W 10 round mags

Has anyone actually received their mags from Smith? I got the 25 rounders a couple of months ago, haven't see the 10 round mags yet (4+ months)

I picked up two shorties from Midway a few weeks ago. S&W seems to be slow in their delivery of mags.

Ditto here -- I received everything except the 10 round shorts. When I first made my order I was advised to expect a June / July delivery. I haven't heard or seen anyone saying they received any shorts -- seems only the big box stores are getting them and they are not getting that many -- Midway normally sells out in minutes.

Ordered end of Dec last year, still waiting. Seeing 25 rounders all over the place now. I would venture to guess short 10 rounders will show up eventually.

We can only hope, it's not fun trying to sight the gun in with 25 round mags.

Fun - sure it is! I sighted mine in with them (5 months ago, shorties were even harder to come by). Had to use a larger bipod/bench rest, but so what... Just made it a little more challenging.. But no less fun

Sight it in using the first 10-15 rounds, then you still have 10 rounds to blast away with!

Just my humble opinion...

I ordered Jan 4th, S&W still carrying the order active but shipment date unknown. I have a half dozen of the short mags which I like much better than my 25's. Now it would be nice to see Magpul release more 20's for the AR.

I got 3 short 10rd mags on June 5th that I ordered from S&W between Dec 14th and Christmas.

When I got a notification of shipping from S&W ........ I'd forgotten I'd ordered them.................LOL

While I have some 25round mags the short 10rd mags are about all I use..................

Now it would be nice to see Magpul release more 20's for the AR.
