Greatest CCW ever !
IWB etc. Light, never know you have it on you ! Ammunition,
Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel Only
Cylinder scars badly with many other types of ammunition.
Best CCW for many reasons in
my collection !

Have done a lot of reading/viewing on this model. Lightweight, but an awfully big frame for IWB, my preferred carry method. I would prefer the J-frame magnum instead, much more comfy for IWB. YouTube videos seem to suggest the snub 327 concept is a gimmick, and that, even using care with ammo selection, damage on the titanium cylinder can frequently occur. You simply cannot have issues or "drama" with a carry piece. Thumbs down here.

I have one and love it. I am way to short to AIWB. Pokes me in the belly. Does great in a jacket pocket!!

He's asking about the s&w model 327 snub. Not a revolver to shoot the 327 cartridge.

I have a 327 "pug" i love it. I only shoot .357's to avoid a crud ring. It is a gun to buy new, so you have s&w warrantee behind you. I have zero problems with the cylinder if I did have a problem I'd request a stainless cylinder for a replacement.

It's an awkward thing to carry, but doable. The stock grips make it taller than it is long. I put some boot grips on mine.

One thing for absolute certain it is much easier to shoot than a J frame, more accurate and no problem with the magnum.

Instead of "big" "large" etc. can anyone actually measure the 327 snubbie dimensions? S&W, even Genitron has no idea and S&W "will get back to me". Gun stores don't keep them long enough to be bothered with such a question... This news published could be loads of help to many!

It's an N frame, best bet is to go find any N frame you can and aside from the barrel length that's how big the 327 will be. Closest to it would be a snubby 627 or 629 PC, chop off about 7/8" of barrel and you have it.
