You've got a Third Model Double Action, made from 1884 to 1895. Serial number is past the mid point of the Third Models so it is probably late in that time range. To get an exact delivery date you will have to get a letter from Roy Jinks (cost - $50). Instructions for doing that are under "downloads" on this site.
All you really need to know is that it is classified (at present) by BATFE as an "antique" as it is pre-1899. That is a big plus. A factory letter is not likely to get you much useful information beyond the shipping date. These are relatively common revolvers and not worth a great deal. Many are found in very good condition as they may have never left their nest in a bedside table drawer. Now if you expect that it had a connection to some historical personality or event, I would recommend a letter. Otherwise not.
