Made only in 1991, same as the 6906 but has a frame mounted decocker. Per the S&W catalog worth $675 new, $525 in excellent shape and $400 for very good shape. Keep in mind that these prices are usually on the high side.

Yeah, they didn't make many of these 9mm compact, frame mounted decockers. I'd grab it.

I think these were only made with the square trigger guard. I prefer the rounded one making holster selection a bit easier

Thanks to all who replied. My B-I-L went ahead and purchased it for his personal carry gun. It is in mint shape with no noticeable barrel wear. I think he got a deal. Thanks again.
