One drawback of being a lefty is the lack of gas pedals(thumb rests) for not only my BG 2.0 but also my Sig P365 and Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. So decided to fabricate them for all three. The solution was actually easier than I expected.
Using JB Weld black epoxy I built up a 1/2" ridge that I then carved and sanded into a gas pedal. The black epoxy once sanded looks a lot like the polymer of the frames and it bonded to the polymer frames perfectly.
The last step was to use my heat gun and insert the pistols into my various holsters and hit the right sides of the holsters with the heat gun while sliding the pistols in and out. That allowed the Kydex to stretch and formed a slight channel for the thumb rest so the guns slide in and out with the same retention as before.
