So, for whatever reason S&W decided that the traditional revolver right side set screw that normally/typically allows the cylinder assembly to be removed...
is not how the Polymer 38 Bodyguard Revolver J frame is designed...

and of, course I cannot find a YouTube video illustrating how to remove the cylinder mechanism....

I even called S&W Customer Service and they told me they could not help... no one was there that would or was allowed to talk me through the disassembly process of the cylinder... now there's stellar Customer Service for'ya :(
They advised I take it to a gun smith and pay them to do it...
#@&*$$@^!!!! :(

I'm certain there are experience and knowledgeable folks here on the S&W Forum that can help me out with this question... :)

Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this request it is Sincerely Appreciated. Oz

The Tupperware bodyguard 38 is NOT a J frame.

It’s an action and frame that’s not used in any other firearm.

It’s predictably unreliable. They freeze up with great regularly. It’s a design flaw Smith won’t fix.
