Does anyone have any experience with adding a handle to the Sporter?

Explain what you mean by handle -- buttstock, handguard, or foregrip. Why do you need one? Is something broken, or do you want to exchange the stock part.

First, Welcome to the forum! I think I know what you're asking, so let me give it a shot. Are you asking about installing a vertical grip on the hand guard of your M&P Sport? If so, there are a number of options available. Mounting a rail section on the bottom of the hand guard will allow you to mount something similar to the Magpul vert grip. Here's one mounted on my Sport with a Magpul MOE hand guard.

That is what I was thinking as well. I just put a 6920 take off carry handle on my new Sporter.
