S&W M&P 15 22 disassembly

JaPes......If you have one or can borrow one, would you please disassemble and photograph the various parts.....This would include the barrel and nut and all parts involved in holding the barrel to the polymer receiver.........The bolt and all parts involved with guiding the bolt (rails)

Generally, any bushing and embedded threaded parts that hold the metal parts in the plastic (polymer)

There are no available expanded part identification charts that I can find on the Internet and your pictorial disassembly would be a help to many........You have the mechanical ability to take on this simple task.

There are videos that show how to remove the barrel and handguard. Most people will never have any reason to do so(same goes for the AR15). The important part is being able to easily remove the bolt and carrier for a detailed cleaning without voiding the warranty, just like the big brother.
