Hello, I just purchased a model 13-3 four inch and upon inspection found the numbers 81 x 71 stamped on the inside of the yoke and also on the left side of the grip frame. Any idea of what these mean?

Those are assembly numbers that have no meaning after it was put together. The only number that matters is the serial number on the bottom of the butt.
