sd40ve stock guide rod

Hello...so what is the stock guide rod pounds for a sd40ve? I hear so many answers.....also does anyone know what kinda ammo they test it with at the factory? I`m asking about the guide rod cause i wanna replace with stock poundage in stainless steel.....or should i be changing to different lbs....Thanks Bill

Hi.....I just like stainless better than plastic.....looks better...i`m sure lasts longer..plus you can adjust the lbs on the guide rod to fit the ammo you are using better if wanted...reduce rise

Id be careful , there are reports of replacement RSAs breaking some SD40s
