Sean Penn***Update***

Sean Penn is not anti-gun. He is anti-you-having-a-gun.

I used to live in Marin County (escaped to Texas, phew!). When I was there, he was well known as the only private citizen who had been issued a concealed carry permit in the county. (San Francisco, just south of Marin, listed six issued permits, one of which is Dianne Feinstein!)

We would see Penn and his then-wife (actress Robin Wright) and their kids out all the time, and honestly, he was a totally regular dude. Up in Marin no one bothered him. I once saw him eating with DeNiro and Duvall in this little tiny five-seat restaurant in Ross - not once did anyone come up and ask for an autograph or photo of any of them.

except in Hollywood where he wants to get all upset about folks wanting to take his photo like as he called them zoo animals. In my opinion you give up all the normal citizen stuff when you become a celebrity. You whether, you like it or not have to deal with recognition and fame. I have seen several celebrities and they are for the most part normal people but some are kind of stand offish like they think you might do harm to them. Actually, I think Penn looks like a punk, always played one in movies such as At Close Range, so I think the fruit does not fall far from the tree.

I personally do not get impressed with celebrities most are idiots reading a script or pretending to be something/ someone they are not. Some are really genuine and sweet though, I appreciate the actors/ actresses in local rep and theater more than I do commercially successful actors. They get rich, then bored and ultimately end up trying to get involved in some agenda earth shaking movement to change the world. Most are harmless idiots, everything they say should be taken with a grain of salt.

Condolences to the 65 fine firearms that gave up there lives to become a sculpture. Hopefully we didn't lose a nice HD or registered magnum that someone else could have appreciated. :(
 
Yep, and Theron's abusive father would be alive today to beat them some more, had it not been for that gun! Is she nuts? Well, she's with Sean Penn, so I guess so. What a pair they make, lets all hope they don't reproduce.

A woman will make you tip over cars, turn out bars, get your butt in all kinds of trouble and get you all messed up if you let her. Then leave your sorry butt when you hit rock bottom. I seen my buddies go thru this many times. Don't get lust and love mixed up keep the big head doing the thinking.

Charlize is one pretty woman but who's in the drivers seat?

I do not follow them, but the media does, always putting them in between the large meteor heading this way and the new theory that the sun is out of gas.

Why are some Hollywood types dangerous? Today it was announced that George Clooney, far left liberal, is being prepped to run for president. I totally understand his qualifications, worked with Roseann, and by his own account made many girls happy and did lots of drugs. They also said many women would click on his square in the ballot booth.

Hollywood where reality and common sense never meet. You make millions off of guns, vilolence and even what I will just say inappropriate behavior yet your better than others because your antigun and think everyone is good...except those that own guns.

It stands to reason. Y'know, I've worked with horses and mules a good part of my life and have learned one significant biological fact that nobody can argue with. And that is this...you can't breed two jackasses and expect to get a Thoroughbred.:)
