Until my database is handy when I can pinpoint it, it’s from between 1904 and 1905. The barrel if original is 4 1/4”.

Mine is from 1906 and its serial is 49625 so yours is after that date.
.32 H.E. serial 73642 shipped in November 1907.
.32 H.E. serial 77863 shipped in February 1908.
.32 H.E. serial 89704 was manufactured in November 1909.
Looks like mid-1908 would be a good guess on ship date.
