Must be a generation thing. I don't see anything wrong with the website. One page shows all the products in a nice simple format. I understand the newer generation has a problem with printing a piece of paper and putting it in envelope but trust me it works.Their website is a total disaster. It is like someone threw up on the screen. Totally illogical. We are talking about putting a simple product that comes in 8 sizes and 3 colors out there for the world to see. Could they possibly have done this in a more confusing and messy way. Their website looks like it was made in 1993.
They don't offer the ability to buy online. Why in the world not??? Could anyone ask for a simpler shopping cart set up. They have one product, you choose a size, choose a color and done.
To take payments online you need to be able to process credit cards and have a bank account set up to do so. For a small business probably not worth the hassle.
Patience seems to be another thing in very short supply these days. People want everything now. In the old days you got used to waiting. I'd make a guess that who ever is running the Tyler business has all the business they want.
I used to deal with a BMW Motorcycle dealer the same way. Business was 2nd generation, cash only. Neither the father or the son advertised. They had way too many customers and didn't need anymore. More customers meant hiring more staff, more accountants, more stock, expanding the work shop, etc. They where happy with the income, the customers were happy and they just didn't need anymore headaches with growing the business.
