Shooting on public lands/BLM/National Forrest

As a guy who travels around a lot all over the country, it would be nice to know where I can legally shoot without having to jump through hoops, investigate different maps, only to find that it is not clear anyway due to different agencies and different regulations in different states…
It would be great to have a centralized database of exactly where it is legal and safe to shoot on public lands without fear of getting in trouble or worse, legal trouble.
I figure if anyone did have a centralized map or some information like this, it would already be out there.
Currently in Oregon/Washington with a day off and wondering, what road I can hop off of up some Lane to pop off a few rounds without fear of being arrested

In the forests around you have to shoot onto an earth berm or similar, no slash piles.
