Show me how you store your ammo!

I keep my gun cabinet in my bedroom closet which is chalk full of guns and magazines . My ammo is stored on shelf immediately above it. Im out of room. Not sure what to do. Just thought i could get some neat ideas from some of you!

I have some stored in ammo cans but for more common used ammo I use an old VHS storage shelf

oddball misc 22 & 410 + brass sorting containers

Wow. I'm impressed. Looks like you keep your brass loaded up. I load and shoot, mostly.

In the gun room I re-purposed an old TV armoire by adding more 3/4" plywood shelving inside it and use that for 'next up' boxes of ammo, organized L to R for handgun calibers in top section - .22 to .45 Colt.

Lower section is rifle calibers - .223/5.56 to .45-70, plus shotgun specialty ammo such as turkey loads, buck and slugs in .410, 20 and 12.
That armoire probably outweighs the gun safes.

In garage is a wall of stacked .50 cal GI ammo cans with the main supply of ammo. When first getting a steel ammo can, I always clean it well and liberally spray the rubber gasket with spray silicone. All the cans are kept from contact with the concrete floor with a section of 2x10 lumber.

Would like to shelve the cans, but don't have room for the heavy duty shelving that would be needed.
