Sig 320 or M&P??

I have a Sig P320 Carry in 9mm and it is the best striker fired gun I ever shot. At one point I had a full sized M&P 9 but sold it. I was not impressed even after I installed the Apex competition parts. That's not to say I don't like my Shield. I love that little pistol. Go Sig and forget about it. Also the Sig is a million times easier to clean too.

Actually, it will work fine will look funny, but go bang.

I have p250's I like to run my compact slide and barrel on my subcompact frame. The other things you can do, can be pretty cool. Take a full size grip frame, trim it to the subcompact length. Now you have subcompact barrel length with a full size grip and rail.

The grip frames are cheap, they cost about the same as a spare magazine.

Right but if you are going from full size to compact it's for ease of concealment so you wouldn't want a full size frame

Thanks to all who offered advice....and majority rules. As does feel and the complete package....and

I went to LGS today and put some $$$ down on the Sig. As the gun was a trade it has to stay in their back room for 30 days....'till April 19. Then I'll complete the sale and break the land speed record getting to the range to try it out.

Gonna be a while, but I'll file a range report with my usual proviso: If I'm right on and it's one big hole, there will be pictures. If I'm all over the pasture, I'll report a "fun day" and say I forgot to bring the camera. (Phone? You mean you can take pictures with a phone? What will they think of next?)

Also my groups are better with 124 grain ammo than with 115 grain when I shoot my p320 Carry. I haven't tried 147 grain yet.
