I like the romeo 7 , clear optics , good battery live But the control for on and off or intensity is only OK , Nice larger lens is reall what sold my wife , So far so good . You might check out Primary Arms SLx MD-25.
We also have an earlier version of this - The MD ADS thats been on an AR9 for close to ten years . I've changed batterys once , will change again at the the end of the year . I have a 3x magnifier behind it . Good optic for me but I'm an old optic shooter . My wife wanted a larger lens !
I wear trifocals so useing sights for more than typical handgun defensive needs would be waisting my time . I can shot with a front only party well though fora 9mm . Ha Years of flash sight shooting has become less flash over the years . *" steels at 40 yards are still fair game for me with a handgun. You could also add a small green gun laser at the front of your FFT as a back up to your MBUS sights .
