Just follow the instructions in the manual (available in .pdf online if you've lost yours) and you'll be fine.

Million answers to that question....but... Hoppes #9 for the bore, then a swab of Hoppes gun oil. The four rails your upper slides on- I use Tetra Grease applied sparingly with a Q-Tip. I usually swab the whole underside of the slide with Nitro Solvent(#9) to remove the powder residue.

Oh,yeah, a little Tetra Grease where the barrel contacts the slide. I always put a dab of Nitro Solvent on a Q-Tip and scrub the extractor using a toothpick to push the crud from behind the extractor.

If you get the urge to put bore cleaner and/or oil on the plastic action parts, DON'T.
CRC silicone spray works well in cleaning and leaving them non-sticky. Take your magazines apart and clean them with it also.
