im going to do so research and development for the sigma pistols. i just picked up a used sw40ve that im going to try a few different parts on to see what fits. what suprises me is that thes guns where so popular and that there where no aftermarket parts for them.

a friend of mine has a glock 19 that he took the rear site off of when i get a chance to get together with him ill see if it fits the rear dove tail like the rumors state.

so here's an update the glock 19 rear sight fit but its a little loose.

ok so another test proves that you can use a sw40f barrel on a sw40ve

the SW barrels should be interchangable is they are the same caliber i would assume. as long as they look the same

well i read a post on here where some one was asking about the longer sw40f barrel on a sw40ve so i found one locally for 30 bucks and tried it out. the only problem ive had so far is you have to slide the barrel into the slide a little bit to get it to fit before you can put on the recoil spring.the barrel i bought was pretty well shot out so it wasnt very accurate but the gun cycled and didnt have any ftf or fte
