Signed up for IDPA yesterday. Now what?

Guys,

yesterday I signed my wife and me up for a IDPA membership. It's so easy and quick online

Is there anything going on in SW OK and northern TX? Or do we have to quit jobs and travel the country now? Kinda confused...

I appreciate any enlightenment

IDPA used to list matches in various places on the website.
I'd check there first.

You could also look up gun clubs in your area on the Web.
Most post some kind of match schedule although some are a bit hard to find.

Yeah, their website lists only "major" matches... so I don't know what else is out there. I have to check for gun clubs are around here as well... I'm glad we have water and electricity so much country is it here...

Locate your local gun clubs. Most have monthly club matches and do not require club membership. Just a match fee.

You used to be able to click on the state you want to find IDPA clubs and away you go.

click Affiliated clubs on the IDPA website and you should find clubs in your area with contact info.
