I have white and bronze paint....I can find a lot of pictures with white and it looks good....but can't find any pictures with bronze? Has anyone done a bronze color on their slide inlays? Just curious what it looks like before I decide which color to do. :)

A quick Google search of, "color fill Smith and Wesson", reveals examples of bout every color you can imagine. Some are truly

Normally have it gunmetal grey, changed to copperish color today, as I was cleaning guns, and its simple enough to do
Not sure what the bronze you're talking about looks like, this stuff is the color of a newish penny.
Hard to tell from the pic, but its not as gold as it appears. Looks pretty decent IMO.

If you can find crayola in the shades you're interested in, you can experiment to your heart's content and change it in a matter of minutes.

Once you find the color you like best, then change over to paint/nail polish. Even paint/polish can be changed relatively easily.

Well i did my Springfield XDS first to see what I thought. I liked the inlays a little better in it anyway. ha Turned out great! I did both white and bronze (on the "3.3") to see which one I liked better. Well turned out so good with the 2 colors that I left them both. ha Took me a few attempts to get it just right. :) I wiped too hard when I was removing the excess the first time and removed some from the groove so had to re-do it. Then it smeared to much the 2nd time so just wiped it all clean and redid it again. 3rd time was the charm. I then let it dry over night and took a q tip with a little thinner on it to really clean up any cloudy residu on it and it REALLY made the lines look good and clean. :) Then wiped it all down and looks great!

to each his own, I did white on mine, to match the lazer etched emblem on the back.

I am liking this idea. Can any one give me a run down on how to do this?

This was the first color I liked and pretty cheap. I tried red on my Glock but not enough contrast to show up plus the gen3 inlay is not very deep.

Cheap bottle of gold metallic nail polish from Walmart.
Under $3 if I Remember correctly. A little grin from the cashier here in TX, so I said it was for my grandaughter :D

Looks great, subtle, and has lasted a year so far.
