Smith and Wesson M&P MOE Black or FDE?

Thanks For All THE Info guys. I did buy the wolf steel cased bullets. I just can't find a friend in Kentucky to go shooting with.

Anyways, I'm think about getting a case, sling, and mags. I want a voodoo tactical bag but some reason they went from 53 to 89 dollars, where can I pick one up for a reasonable cost? What are some other good options? I'm looking at soft cases not hard.

For a sling, do I need sling attachments?

For magazines, I'm seeing magpul has a special ordering system factory direct. Is that worth doing? It would be for personal use. Are tapco magazines good?

This is the one I use, a 36" one.

The main rifle compartment is padded and has velcro straps to secure the rifle. The front compartment has two sleeves for handguns. I keep mags in the two side pouches. The center pouch I keep various items I need on the range.

If you're using a traditional 2-point sling, no. Just affix one end to the sling mount under the A2 Front sight post. Loop the other end through the Magpul MOE handguard.

If you want to run a QD or single point sling, you'll have to get the appropriate sling mount attachment. Magpul ASAP, Troy QD end plate, etc...

Just search the internet and you'll find deals. I've never had problems with tapco mags. Don't discount traditional metal GI pattern magazines.

Search long enough and you'll eventually find P-Mags for near the same price. I run two AR-15's and a IWI Tavor. I'm always on the lookout for affordable mags. I have a little stash of "extra" AR-15 magazines on hand for the next presidential election. During the last firearms panic, any AR-15 30 round magazine cost $40. Buy at $5 - $7, sell to the unprepared for whatever the market will support the next panic cycle.

:D

Great information jaepes. And thanks. I picked up 6 mags consisting of tapco and another one from.quantico tactical. Simply because I needed some and some to keep around when those ones break. I also just realized that ammo more than stocks though not as fluctuating could be a bit safer.

Ammo keeps arriving at my door, I keep forgetting that I bought them. Still need to go to the range, need to find a partner.

On the note of your tavor. Did tavors and other "assault rifle" variants fluctuate in price as much as ARs? I have an AR obviously and was looking to diversify into other cooler looking ones just for the hell of it for my collection. Wondering if I should pick one up now before anything happens and they jump up as much as ARs to make it unaffordable?

I'm particularly partial to the CAA skeletonized buttstock... Doesn't rattle like the Magpul, and - best of all - has large buttons to release the stock from the buffer tube... Skeletonized Buttstock | SKBS - Command Arms Accessories
I want to buy the FAB products but they don't have a matching hand guard like magpul. Seeing as how I want is green and everyone's od green is different, I'm sticking with what I got and hopefully picking up a colt 6920 In od green when I can find one for cheap
