You will need a barrel, and an ejector rod for the 4 inch barrel.

Why not just buy a four inch Model 15? The 2" model is in demand, and four-inc Model 15s are out there for the same or less then you would pay for parts and gunsmithing...J&G sales had DA-only Model 15s pretty cheap.
Overall, a bad move to convert a 2 inch Model 15.

I did just the opposite and I changed the rear site but it was cosmetic.

The cost to do what you are asking is simply "cost prohibitive". Just buy a 4" model. There are plenty around and shouldn't be hard to find. Aside from which, when you start monkeying around, they usually don't come out as good as they would if it were built that way from the get-go.
