Smith & Wesson Model 27

Hi, I picked up a model 27 blued .357 its brand new never been fired and is an FBI Commemorative gun that also came with a nice velvet lined wooden box, I was told this pistol has and will continue to increase in value, can anyone tell me anything more about this pistol ? any and all input will be appreciated.....Bobby

Got a picture. They really help. A lot of Commemorative guns hold little of their original value.

Don't be so glum......
Some commem. coins really did well...the L&C Gold, even the Unc.J.Robinson Gold coin did well. Some of my 1/2 dollars in MS 68 were worth a small fortune (I had a complete set once). I agree, most were not worth saving.....but you never know.
