Be aware that:

1) your health insurance company will be asking you if you are going to sue, or if there are criminal charges.

2) If you win a settlement due to injuries, your auto insurance and health insurance will come knocking on your door to get their slice of the pie.

So, if you do have to sue, and you do get a settlement, be sure to negotiate the coverage of the insurance reimbursement so that you have some money left over over.

Otherwise, you lawyer gets theirs, the insurers get theirs, and you get bupkiss.

Hadn't decided on the burrito but it was between carne asada and carnitas. I had a beretta tomcat in the center console. The console stayed closed. UCLA won the game. I agree with stainless, worst burrito run of my life. And I didn't even get a burrito. Now all the hassle starts.
