Hey guys and gals. About time to send out an update on my wife's condition. She is yacking on the phone right now so I have a few minutes to post. She finished in house rehab on Aug. 14 and got to come home (1 month total time in hosp) Four days later she goes into weird mode, talks non-stop babble for 14 hours straight before I call 911 and back we go. Seems like the urinary infection she was discharged with (with Meds) had gone wild and affected her mind. 4 more days in the icu and 3 more in regular room. Gets out on our anniversary (#47). This morning she wakes me up for a potty break and after I get her back on the bed she decides to let her left leg slide off the side of the bed and flop she goes. Another trip to the E.R... Broke foot.
Oh well, she is feeling good and the therapy is doing a lot of good. She doesn't sleep very well, so I don't sleep well. We will have to see how much more fun the foot will add.
