I use 0w-30 in the wifes car, so that's what I use.

so any real high temp grease on the bcg rails? and i have access to mobil 1 5w30 so i guess i could pick some of that up

I use Militec, Mobil 1, CLP, or Rem Oil.

I use Weapon Shield oil and Tetra grease. They both work great on my guns.

I just lubed my 10-22 and my Sport with Mobil 1...I have never felt an action so slick....thanks guys

I have used Smith&Wesson lube in the past, its good stuff. Mobil 1 for me now.

usually break free CLP but lately ive been using FROGLUBE...
