Citibank stock is trading at $1.00
Their ATM fee is higher than that

I can buy a 16oz bush beer for a buck
I can buy two bags of planters peanuts for a buck (those good greasy/salty ones)
I can buy a powerball ticket for a buck.
Given the choice between buying 5 shares in the largest bank in the country or buying three beers, two bags of peanuts and a powerball ticket, I'm going with the beer peanuts and powerball ticket. I figure that I'll enjoy the peanuts, get a good buzz going and enjoy a much greater chance of a good rate of return on my investment

So how's y'alls day going

Lovely, wife and I have resigned to the fact that there will be no retirement. Wondering if there is a way to legally shield family assets for when prolonged expensive illness hits and drains assets to nothing while a stranger is wiping my ass in the state nursing home...

Other than that it has been pretty positive.

A tip in case this is y'alls first goat roping. The return on investment with beer sucks!

But it still might be better than Citibank stock.

At least with the beer, I get to piss away the proceeds.

I'm thinking that by the end of the month, I might skip lunch one day and buy 500-1,000 shares of Citicorp instead for the hell of it.
