Up for sale is a K38 serial #K2205xx Combat Masterpiece. I am by no means an expert on these so if I miss speak please feel free to speak up. I believe it was mfg. in 1954 and is a 5 screw.This one retains almost all of it's original blue finish throughout with only signs of loss being some light muzzlewear and a few handling marks. All metal numbers match. this has a standard trigger and hammer with good case color.This one wears an original set of checkered diamond grips that are not numbered to the gun.The grips do show some wear, mainly to the rt, panel.the gun shows little if any signs of actual use with no marking of the recoil shield or burring of the cylinder face or forcing cone areas.It is really a pretty nice gun and would make a great addition to any collection. These early 5 screw are getting harder to come by especially in this condition. Health issues force sale or I would be keeping it.
