Well, crud. Sorry for your loss. The fog is a probably a momentary blessing, but as the fog clears, remember that the memories that matter are about the life well lived, not about its end.

Jimmy, I cannot imagine the emotional rollercoaster you're on right now. I can only off up a prayer for peace and strength for you.

You will be in my prayers. In less in a month it will be five years since cancer took my wife. It will be hard but you will get through it and it will get better but never go away.

Jeez, Jimmy! I had no idea you and Penny were going through tough times. Your posts have always been humorous and upbeat, which is a tribute to your spirit, as well as hers. Just know you are very much in our thoughts. I hope you have family and friends nearby to help you through this time. Please hang in there, and let us know if we can help. I am so sorry for your loss of your wife.

jimmy.j: I am so sorry for the loss of Your Wife Penny. My prayers are headed Your direction, for as long as You need them. I wish I could do more, I wish I could take away some of Your pain. But as You know I can't do that. Try to remain strong, Your Wife would have wanted You to do that.
