Stocks from Thailand

I missed this set of N frame round butt stocks by Jaruwan P for under $50 shipped. I didn't have my CC with me when I saw them at first and when I went to buy they were gone. I hope someone here got them.

My N round butt stocks are from Jaruuan. {625 JM} Very nice & good fit on gun and my hand.
Ordered a set of K/L round targets {which looked great} but did not fit right on my 686-6 plus. Sent them back. Bob

I bought a set of K frame prewar service style grips from Vitoonmakers . Fit and look excellent.

I just looked at both vendor pages on Ebay. There may be some association between the two vendors. Photos on both pages appear to be the same. My source also lists the K&L pre war medallion grips and they both have "_at_me" on their pages. There has been no issue with US Customs that I am aware of. Vendor ships via DHL and they are fast.

Yes, there must be some association as I just got my notification that my order from Vitoon Sikumhan will arrive today.

Hey, me too! Just received confirmation that they've been delivered...retro target banana in maple. I'll drop some pics soon.

Tried them on both my 65 and the L-comp. They fit really nice, feel good in the hand, I'm happy with them. Going to have to grab another pair as I think they are going to stay on the L-comp…I originally bought these for the 65.

Trustworthy and reliable

I started using Vitoon as my sole Thai supplier(whole different industry) in 2012 and stayed with him til I retired last year. ALWAYS excellent product and service. When I retired, I gave his contact info to my 600 customers and he has taken care of them since.

I only own one set of grips from Thailand, and they are very similar in color and grain as the ones shown by ACORN. Sorry, I don't have a picture. They are combat stocks for a GP100. This has been several years ago that I ordered them from Jaruwan.P and I remember they came fairly quickly. I was surprised at how well they fit the GP100 and my only complaint was that they were just too thick and oversized for my liking. I decided to just start sanding and try to get them down to the size of my liking. When I started sanding I was surprised at how the color and the grain of the grips changed. Not really for the better or worse, but it just really changed. I have often thought about trying to order a different pair from them but have just never done it.

I ordered a set for my 329Night Guard for dress up from Jaruwan on June 5.
They are due today!
I've waited longer for a USA based delivery.

Lighting this thread up as I'm looking for grips for my 629-6 (Round butt). Oddly, I found Vitoonmakers web site and he doesn't list N frame round butt grips. I sent an inquiry to find out more.
OTOH, Jaruwan.p has N frame grips that fit both sqaure and round butt. Thats's the first I've heard. Does that sound feasible? Especially when shooting 44 Mag it seems there might be unwanted movement in the grips. Anyone ever try them?

Must be a typo error. That vendor is good. Ask the vendor directly!

Well, I have no direct experience with that vendor, if the grip encloses the frame completely that it is absolutely feasible.

The split pin and flat bottom of the frame should keep any movement inside the grip panel to a minimum, if well made.

There are factory Smith wood grips for the J frame that are suitable for both round and square butt, as they enclose the frame.
