So I have been working with my wife on CCW. She got her card and has wanted to start carrying. Still needs some more work. I got her a Shield Plus PC and IWB holster from Urban Carry. Great gun and great set up. PROBLEM, still not that easy to conceal. She wears t-shirts to work does a lot of moving around. Next step, BG 2.0 or 2.0 Comp. Did a little Youtube research to see more about it. Honest Outlaw only shot about 180 rounds and had very positive comments about it. Not sure if we and to get the bigger Comp but it looks awesome.
I talked to her about the carry options which are all not great due to her job moving around an climbing up and down ladders. I told her that pocket carry was an option but not in the ladies type of pants. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to make women's pants with pockets that fit a couple dollars in quarters at best. She is more common sense then many women and realize that men are not to blame anymore for small pockets.
We will be testing out the BG 2.0 here in the next couple of weeks to see if she likes it and what we can do to conceal it on her person. She may have to get men's pants to enjoy the larger pockets.
I have to say that it is easier to conceal a weapon(s) on a larger frame.
