SWHF Waiting time

For all of you that are newer members I would just say that there was a huge backlog of letter requests so new requests were not allowed for a period of time. The minute they opened it up they were deluged with requests. There are two people that do these. So I would say to please be patient. Some of these requests require research that takes awhile. But you'll get them sooner or later. Hope this helps.

Has anybody that posted they sent for a letter in March or earlier, received their letter yet. I am over the 5 month mark and still waiting. Update, I finally received my letter on the 20th of August.

Sorry about the delay, guys. Yes, we're working on these requests as fast as we can.

That doesn't cut it. I am a air conditioning contractor and we deal with same day service. If you don't you are out of business because there are many other companies that will take your place.

Yep those of us that are following the wait times already know that you kick out 5-6 jobs every day. How many S&W Letters are received every day?

In the lab I can process everything I need to complete every day things plus the unexpected tests that come in. Sometimes more tests are required and in those cases I work methodically faster with the same degree of integrity, professionalism and expedience. If I had another he/she/them that could assist the results would be quicker.

If I can't run a particular test I'll refrigerate and or even freeze the sample. Those are federally approved and required requirements for validity of the sample results.

I'm just trying to explain that sometimes it's not the expedience of the results/data but the exactness of the results that are achieved. Sometimes results/answers take time.

Edit to add…

"AC Man", are you actually waiting for a Letter? I can only assume and hope you are do to your reply's .

Good for you! So, you deal with 5 to 10 customers a day and get everything correct! You also work 7 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day. Man your good.
