The 'T'-word has really gotten out of hand!

Stopped by a gunshow yesterday and was taking to a seller I know when two real dweebs come up and start looking at the cans of 5.56 ammo. It's the Federal/Lake City green-tip on stripper clips in 420 rd cans.

Dweeb 1, "Yo dude , is this ammo tactical?

Seller, "Excuse me!"

Dweeb 1, "This ammo , is it tactical?

Seller, "Just what do you mean by tactical"?

Dweeb 1, "You know , TACTICAL!"

Seller, "Yeah , I know what tactical means , do you?

Dweeb 2, "Green tip and these holder things (stripper clips) means it tactical , right?

Seller looks at me and we both crack up!

Dweeb 1, "**** these guys!" and they walk away.

The Mall Ninja's are everywhere, but I guess they are better than the GunGrabbers who want ban that evil assault ammo on those military holder things. :)

I hate it even more when I hear gun store employees use it. It used to be it was the 20 something store employees, but now it's all of them at some stores that cater mainly to the plastic gun crowd, its absurd and blatantly pandering to the really uneducated crowd.

You know, the kind that also buys the zombie ammo.

If they are not against us then they are for us. Why would you make fun of them and insult them when they were ready to give you money? (or the seller money, anyway)

What's worse, the gungrabber or the dweeb that don't know what the heck he's talking about? Perhaps a little education would have been in order. First rule of customer service is that you don't alienate your customer.

In this case , most gunfolk would make an exception. Young (18?) white gangsta wanna-be's with their drawers hanging down and hats on sideways with big santo-gold chains , strutting and strolling like they was the baddest things out there. All 125lbs (x2) of them.

And since the seller is also in his 50's , most polite persons with any sort of proper fetchin' up would say, "excuse me sir" not, "Yo dude".

Sounds like they do understand the word "Tactical". They used good tactics in leaveing when they finally figured out you guys were on to thier stupidity.

No one ever answered the question........is that stuff Tactical or not? If it is, I'll need to get some. I want to be an "Operator" when/if I grow up.

Hopefully it's not too late. I'm only 55. It could happen!
