Back when OC spray was new and tasers were fairly new we got a bulletin on the teletype one day that says use caution when using tasers and OC spray together. Apparently one of the OC makers used alcohol as the base for their OC, some NYPD officers sprayed a guy who was brandishing a knife and then tasered him. The alcohol caught fire and the guy dropped the knife. So all the cops sitting in roll call are wondering, "So what's the problem?"

I once saw a guy who had been sniffing gasoline set himself on fire when he tried to light a cigarette. Maybe this guy was wearing too much cologne.

That sounds almost as exciting as one of our locals shooting out streetlights around the courthouse with a 7mm Weatherby Magnum quite a few years ago.
That boy in the picture looks as though they gave him an IV drip of ground up coffee.
