Probably will play him all game. He seems like a good kid but he ain't an NFL quality QB.
 
give him time, hes a proven winner at every level so far
 
Unfortunately, time is not on his side in the NFL. No doubt that he is a winner. He seems to be a great guy, has the right attitude, a proven leader and has great football instincts. However, the NFL today is a passing league. Quarterbacks that cannot pass efficiently will not be around long.
 
I think he plays the whole game, Elway & Fox got to thinking about next year and this game should tell them more. Some of the experts seems to want to blame #15 for everything and not talk about the injuries to D and lack of O help. They were 1-4 when they changed QBs and talk of playoffs was a joke.

Go Broncos.

( They might take him out early to rest him for next week :rolleyes: )
 
I really don't think his future is as a NFL quarterback, Would like to see him switched to tight end. Might have a future there.
 
He will play all four, they made their bed, now they have lay in it. For once, I want the Steelers to win, stop all this Tebow talk.
 
He's had a good run, now it's time for reality to set in....... unfortunately reality is riding into to Denver in the form of James Harrison and the Steeler Defense.......... it will not be pretty.......:)
 
Does it really matter who's the QB for Denver today? I don't think Denver has a chance, but that is why they play the game. You never really know who is going to win.
 
I don't get all the Tebow knocking. He ain't pretty and his spirals stink, but the team is winning more than losing when Tebow is in the game.

I hate to think that the negativity is based on Tebow's faith commitment.

Doesn't anybody pull for the underdog anymore? I'd rather see him win than the guy who's too dumb to wear a motorcycle helmet or find some place besides a restroom to do his dirtywork in.
 
Style points count for nothing if you don't/can't win consistently.

Anyone remember Trent Dilfer? He's got more Super Bowl rings than Dan Marino.

Not a Denver fan by any stretch but I do admire Tim for his determination and his faith.

Too bad that the thugs and scum bags get the press and fame and a good Christian has folks hoping he fails. Too sad really.

And Tebow has as many as Marino.

Look, I've got nothing against Tebow personally, but lets see him actually win the Super Bowl before we just hand the Lombardi Trophy to him and cancel the rest of the post-season.
 
It's a nice change to see a pro athlete who has faith, modesty, charisma, and a track record of success. The guy is a solid citizen with an unorthodox skill set ... who cares? What's not to like about him?

And as far as Tebow vs. Marino, Tebow's got a much better chance of getting a SB ring than Marino does at this point.
 
OK I'll say it. Nothing wrong with the boy-nothing at all.
BUT......
I am not one to wear my faith on my sleeve and I think all this genuflecting and "praising God" he and other athletes do is nothing more than self aggrandizement at its' worse. And I really mean that.
I am a firm believer in Matthew 6:1-8; 16-18 and Tebow is one of the worst offenders in my book.

It has nothing to do with his faith and good character. Let's see him actually win a Super Bowl before we say he's the greatest ever to play the game. Some of you guys and girls act like Montana and Unitas aren't worthy to carry this guys jock strap and Tebow hasn't even made it to a championship game yet, much less won one.

Exactly where in this thread has anyone anointed Tebow as the greatest to play the game? Or handed him a Lombardi Trophy? Or acted like Montana and Unitas can't carry his jock? Check your facts before offering up unsubstantiated accusations or criticisms.

The Tebow supporters in this thread have defended his play against gratuitous, and tired, slams about how poor he is as a pro QB ... nothing more. Being far from great as the prototype QB skill-wise has little, if anything, to do with his leadership abilities and character traits.
 
The kids a winner. I aint watched much NFL lately, but they should design more plays around him and let him do what he does. Maybe They have, but the game i watched it seemed they were utilizing him as a different type qb than what he is. Im a Tennessee vols fan and watched him play a lot in his college years and as much as i hated Florida, you couldn't help, but love watching this guy play. Also a great all around guy. CLASSY
