tell me the three things best about where you live

1. It's Texas
2. It's close to Louisiana and Arkansas. (Someday we may annex them.)
3. Two distinct seasons. Summer and not.

Sip, did I detect a note of sarcasm, there?

Aside from my wife, furry friends, the comfortable sanctuary we call home, and, for the most part, reasonable State laws concerning firearms, I have few positive things to say about Terrible Haute.

The main thing I like about Jacksonville is the River & inshore salt water fishing,Gun Laws are good here too and just about anything you want or need is nearby,Dislikes high crime rates there is a murder almost every day,If it wasn't for having a good job I would rather be in a small town in the mountains.

After all it is the Pancake State where the land is flat and the ladies are stacked.

(1) It's not New York.
(2) It's not Illinois.
(3) It's not the People's Republik of Kalifornia.

I have to add a fourth in violation of the thread's request for only three items.

(4) There is a place on the banks of the Olentangy, the greatest shrine in all of college football, and my favorite place on earth, where you may find my backside parked several times per year watching my alma mater compete in a game of football. As one of our favorite songs says, "We'll win the game or know the reason why."

What's that body of water? It might be worth a drive from Asheville!

Harrison Bay. The pic was taken at point -A- on the map right next to Island Cove Marina. -C- is some great campsites on the water. -B- is Jack Nicklaus golf course Bear Trace. At -A- follow Hunter road back about half way to I75 and that's where the Chattanoga Rifle Club is.
