It happened in front of the courthouse on the Pearl st mall in Boulder, 6 injured. There are a number of witness accounts and pics on Reddit r/boulder

looks like he had some hand held pump spray bottles? Must have had some kind of ignition device?

Fire is the only thing that will make you jump out of a 75th floor window.

If the terrorists had unleashed Bengal tigers into the WTC's you would have seen secretaries and office workers fighting them off with office chairs and desk lamps rather than jump.

From Egypt, overstayed his visa. Name Mohamed, yelling "free Palestine". We better figure this out soon.

In anti-gun and sanctuary places regular taxpaying citizens are the last people to be given considerations. Having said that, they do it to themselves.

When I travelled thru such places as <edit-remove CO> California, OR, WA, etc…. I had to re-frame my mind to avoid drawing any attention to the guns I had with me. Basically…if I had witnessed a felony in-progress… unless it was against me or my immediate family….I would have video’d it … instead of defending others. In reciprocal states that I travelled, I would have no problem defending others.
It’s a shame one has to be cognizant of those differences to such extremes.

<edit> I removed CO as it recips with my state

I saw the video, if'n folks were "shooting the perp pacing around with with molotov cocktails in each hand after lighting up a half dozen victims" instead of "video phoning" at least he won't do it again. Joe
Well if Colorado had as many laws against Molotov bombs as they do against guns then of course this would not happen!

This is so sad :(. When I was young, I spent a lot of time on the Pearl Street Mall. Someone currently from there with a concealed carry permit would know more than me, but Colorado has reciprocity with my state so I think I can carry there.

Be vigilant and aware of your surroundings and the people in them. If you can wear a sidearm, do so but in doing so remember that the system will probably side more with the prep than the hero in a worse case scenario. FORGET open carry! Sometimes discreation is the best.
Trust your gut...if it says something is wrong then it is. Proceed accordingly.
Unless you are involved, stay away from areas with political gatherings, protests, and the like. These places attract wannabe martyrs like moths to a flame.
Expect more of this in the coming years with the mindset of the majority of the humanoids these days. I fear for the upcoming July 4th festivities around the country...especially in my part of the world.

The thing that kills me is the Police Chief initially came out and said it was waaaaaaay to early to call it an act of terror. FBI immediately came out and said it was an act of terror. Much later the Chief said, UM, okay ya, it was an act of terror. Unfortunately this is the Boulder/California mentality that is running the state. The Gov came out with a half hearted statement and admitted that he knew some of the victims. Others in the Fed Government came out much stronger that Polis.

Not to pat myself on the back or anything, but I've been stating the obvious for years. Inability to obtain a gun will not deter insane people with evil intent. I actually heard it on the mainstream media today, this guy wasn't able to get a gun, so he went straight to plan B.
