The gun I never had any desire to own________. Fill in the blank.

Derringers … any chambering. Just never saw the point in those tiny little guns.

Anything with Nazi marking on it … Screw that noise. I don't want anything in my hand that was owned by that particular brand of evil.

I bought a Glock last week, I wanted one, I've shot a few, and find them quite user friendly. My model has the size of Commander, but a lot lighter. I can't explain how I can shoot it so well, with the funny trigger feel. It works all the time. It's like a modern hammer, it's not as pretty as your grandfathers, but it sure does work. I like plastic cars too, but just like guns, I collect and shoot the classics. I've never cared to have a flintlock.

I already replied in post #59, but then I thought about it more.

A single action revolver. I don't know why either, as I positively LOVE my DA revolvers, and I LOVE Westerns!! For some reason, the Colt SAA, Ruger Blackhawks, etc. just never struck any kind of chord within me. I am truly perplexed by this, but it's just the way I feel...

Glocks, XD's, and I no longer wish to have anything to do with any 1911 type pistols. The three I had were enough for me. The Colt Combat Commander was the "last straw" and my .45 ACP guns I've had since then all were something none of the 1911's were..reliable.

And I'm about at the point that anything polymer doesn't interest me. Give me steel/SS, DA/SA, and I'm usually OK with it.
