I think that they are doing the right thing by staying quiet at a very sensitive time. If they were to lash out now, they would be perceived as being insensitive.

I disagree. Silence may be politically smart, but it also sends an ambiguous message. The NRA should be standing behind the Second Amendment more than ever before.

If they were to come out with a Charlton Heston like "from my cold dead hands" response while the MSM is putting pictures of dead children all over the TV, what do you think the majority of the sheeple would think? Seriously...
