All of you are all wet!

This is the perfect Candy Barr! Her real name was Juanita Dale Slusher but she went by the stage name of Candy Barr. She was a well known stripper in a Dallas club when I was a kid. She also gained notoriety for her association with Jack Ruby.

For her signature striptease, she would walk on stage wearing a full Annie Oakley buckskin get-up. By the time her five-minute routine was up, she would have stripped off everything but her panties, pasties, cowboy boots, white cowboy hat and the twin holsters slung low across her hips.

Just look at that pair.... of Smith's I mean!

Oh no. Beer and sweets don't mix, IMO. I'll have a candy bar, wash it down with some iced tea (clear the palate and all), THEN have a beer.

Snickers, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, M&Ms (no peanuts, I'm not an elephant), Twix, Hershey's Special Dark, Toblerone, Reeses Pieces, HELP!! I can't pick one! That's why they sell them all down at the QT!

Way back in the 50's and 60's, I really liked the Bun candy bars. I had a paper route and I did my collecting on Saturday morning. There was a candy counter at the John Deere dealer and they always had them. I usually spent more money there than I collected.

Max, you can still get the Bun bars & many other older candies on this site. Kind of brings back old memories & simpler times.

Kit-Kat if its considered a candy bar. Also, Reeses has a candy bar called "Fastbreak" or something like that which is pretty good.

Have not had a zero bar in a while. I stared at one in the vending machine today. I am going to eat that sucker tomarrow.

Bit O Honey is my fav

I like the maple flavored Bun...second choice, a frozen Zero. Both are hard to find around here. My next choice would be a Payday.

What ever happened to 7-UP bars? I loved 'em when I was a kid.

Ron,

I believe they have quit making these good ole' bar's. I too really liked them. My dad had a restaurant back in the early sixties & we always had them. Something that is close to them is the Skybar. They just have four flavors & lack the jellies 7up had but they are a good bar. You can find the at Cracker Barrel or you can order online.
