The "Plug" for a S&W J-Frame

It looks like John has stopped producing plugs. Apparently has health issues. I have a couple of prototypes made and hope to begin marketing these soon. Should John Whitt be able to resume production, I'll cease doing so and stick to making sight pushers m

Any update on this? I had an order in with John that was canceled when he disappeared. I'd gladly buy a couple.

Currently shipping KLN frame stainless plugs. J's are next on the list. Got to find where I hid my 642 so I can confirm some measurements.

I'd like 2. Can you PM me payment info?

Thanks!

Would like a J frame plug

Hey can you message me your info? I would like to order a J frame plug!!!

After plugging your IL send the key with a note to S&W.

5000 keys through their mailroom sends a message.

Ok, I now have KLN plugs in blue or stainless and J plugs in blue or stainless. Look for my ad in the accessories section. Ordering info is at the bottom of post #1.

Timeline.
April 30th contact John and let him know im interested.
May 1st replies with only a copy paste of this thred that ends with
"COST & PAYMENT:

**Cost is $35 Dollars with PayPal for the First one, Second one is $30.00, Third one is $15.00. I will require two weeks to ship from day I get the money, in most cases it will ship faster."

May 27th. Send 2 emails requesting for update since i had not heard ANYTHING.
May 29th replies "it will be in the mail this week. Thanks, John"

June 4th request a tracking number since I had not heard Anything AGAIN.
June 5th submitted a request from paypal for information since i am not hearing anything from the seller.
June 7th paypal says he wrote back and this is his answer
"I had no email address for you, the cost of the plug is $35 and the shipment per PayPay is $30. So I'm going to give you a refund and the cost for another plug will be $60.00 usa. Sorry , John"

NOWHERE on his thread or any emails that he previously sent said anything about another 30???? AND never told me he needed another 30. for 1 PLUG only.

Buyers Beware. I hear EPJ is much better to deal with.

The ONLY state that requires an internal lock on handguns, in order to be sold in that state, is Maryland. NO others.

Don't take my word for it, look for yourself. That "many states require it" excuse has been around for years and is still incorrect. Regards 18DAI

I believe MA needs some sort of internal lock in order to go on the authorized for sale in that state list.
