The Ringo Kid

Anybody seen or heard anything from or about the Ringo Kid? He's always been a pretty prolific poster averaging over 15 posts per day. His last activity on here was 3/29.

Did I see something on here that he was suspended?!? I find that hard to believe. He has always seemed very laid back, easy goin', knowledgeable. Besides, he loves cats.

He's one of the good guys and if he HAS been suspended may I intervene on his behalf and respectfully request that he be reinstated and invited back. He is one of the reasons that this is such a pleasant place to hang your cyber hat. I will voluntarily step out for any period of time necessary to get him back in the fold.

It must have been pretty severe. The mods have been fairly lenient in my experience.

I did an advanced search for posts by "the ringo kid" and found he is indeed suspended, and he had recently participated in a discussion on a banned topic in which the thread was subsequently locked. Quite possibly related, but no way to know for certain without a verifiable source.

Well I would like to restate my offer to serve the rest of his "sentence". I don't know what could possibly have led to this but I would like to say that I certainly mean no disrespect to the mods or anyone. I believe everyone knows how I feel about this place and that I'm fully aware of the reason it is such a wonderful place.

My only thought is that the other members here can a LOT more easily do without my blabbering than they can do without Ringo Kid's intelligent, interesting and humorous posts. To suspend a member of that quality it is more punishment to the rest of us than to him.

I will gladly throw myself into the fires of justice to get this good man back on board.

Mods. Please let me know if this is possible and how it can be set up.

Maybe a week or so ago he had around 4960 posts when I noticed he was posting a lot.Apparently he pushed the envelope in getting to the 5000 mark.I would not look for a "Karma" giveaway when he returns.

I've been warned twice in the past had one thread very nicely removed one post removed without comment. To me that is lenient.
