Very nice...how long did it take you to adopt all those "children"?

. . . how long did it take you to adopt all those "children"?
Two years, although I had previously owned three of them. I had to purchase back two (4013 & 4566) from my brother and one (4516-1) from a close friend. I also had to sell off my comic book collection and a couple of Randall knives to fund the "adoptions."

Very nice collection of S&W autos. You will be at number 20 before you know it. I just acquired my 23rd S&W handgun this weekend. Seen one more I plan to get in about 3 weeks.

S&W makes revolvers too.
Oh, I know . . . my little collection of three J frames (38, 60 & 442), four L frames (586-4, 681, 686-2 & 686-4) and three N frames (29-4, 624 & 629-4) will join us next week.

See, those comic books were worth more than you thought.

Very nice collection, DD! I'd love to hear your impressions after shooting them. Do you have a top 3 for shooting? ...and another top 3 for carry? Thanks for the pics,

Jerry

Yes sir, my 45 year old brother in law has a garage full of comics. I think his most valuable ones are the first edition of Spiderman. When he decided to thin them out a few years ago, he was shipping comics to Japan, Australia, all over Europe, and Japan. I never collected anything myself.

Beautiful DD....get rid of those two annoying Squared Trigger Guard pistols and everything would fit better....If you need some help with the disposal of the 4566, I think I know a guy......always glad to help a brother.....Zebulon

JMOfartO:

I have a CS9/3913LS/3913/6906/5906 and I love 'em all... But this pawn shop rescued 49 is a pretty little thang'..

Regarding the 49..

Thanks for the kind words.. My wife discovered this old J-frame in a pawn shop/gun shop while I was negotiating on something else and suggested I adopt it and take it home..

$250.00 later I did..
