The Students are not done!

I have a few thoughts on this matter instead of the students being allowed to walk out.

Why doesn't the Entire school including staff hold an official ceremony to honor the 17 people who died in that tragedy.

Or a fundraiser to help prevent these things from happening.

Maybe start a petition or write a letter to the federal government with a list of ideas on

how to prevent this type of violence.

The students only have power over those who want them to have power. IOW people who always secretly supported people control thought it was time to come out of the closet.

The tide had already turned with the incompetence of the local authorities came to light. There is, and was no reason for pandering to children except for using it for their own personal agenda.

As for their own claims if someone under 21 is not responsible enough to own a gun. It only stands to reason that they are not responsible enough to set policy. No matter when the marches start they will burn their bridge by the presence of antifa. Antifa has done more to damage the dream of gun control than any group. They have shown it clear the shear disrespect for the law, and how dangerous activists can become.

IOW when the little darlings that will attach themselves to these students start blocking traffic, and property damage, and some assaults they will be done. Antifa knocked the wind out of all the other activist movements because the general public hates them so much.

I GUARANTEE they'll be at a total loss. Many of them have literally NEVER been told "no", not by their negligent, narcissistic parents, nor at school. Tell them "NO" and their world disintegrates, like a light bulb thrown against a wall.

Many many years ago I was one of those Spring Breakers (not the rape stuff)
But you know Spring Break from COLLEGE stuff.

The whiners now are High School, many, many or them not even 18 years old.

I still don't know how they can have a "walk out" I my day you would be suspended, heck we would get gigged for chewing gum or being late for class or something!

Guess they haven't thought this through. While they're outside the bullet-resistant brick walls of the school protesting against guns, they are perfect unprotected targets for another copycat nut case who wouldn't otherwise be able to cause harm.

As I mentioned in another thread. Florida passed (hastily) a School Safety ACT)

Well the session is over and the budget allocated $400 million to the school safety, how much goers to safety and how much to focus groups, administration, research etc etc.??

One of the requirements was to have a SRO (deputy) at every school.

Well guess what, the Sheriffs do not have the money to hire additional officers to comply with this!! The teachers do not want to become bodyguards and carry guns!

This is what happens with knee jerk actions!

I am sick of it and can not pick up the Newspaper or watch any news anymore. Teenagers chanting and holding signs most are early teens or younger.

Chanting just like the anti-war demonstrators of the Vietnam War. Sound just like them. Uncle Joe would call them useful idiots. They are being played.
