Now I have to decided on a 4"or 6" pipe.

I happened across a beautiful 586 at a show in Vero Beach last weekend. I talked to the guy briefly and he said he usually didnt take guns on trade, but this one had a great trigger job. The look on my face must have said, "Yeah right", because the next thing I knew, he was handing it to me, and said "Try it for yourself". I did, and it couldn't have been 2 or 3lbs. It was something else!
He also had a great looking 686 pre dash in the case next to it, no M mark. Both made my mouth water..

I grabbed his card and a few cell shots just before I left, just in case I find some extra $ in my budget sometime soon... PM me if you want details

I bought a Model 586 “Classic” from a friend of mine in May(he bought it new and never fired it)and I am very pleased with it. The trigger was a bit stiff, but that was easily fixed with a Wilson Combat trigger spring kit. The fit and finish is awesome and accuracy is superb. The grips were a bit small for my hands, so I replaced them with one-piece Houge Combat grips. The only thing negative I can say is that I do not like the ILS, but as I will never use it, it is not a deal breaker.

Pictured:Top is my model 586 "Classic" and bottom is my model 25 "Classic.
