Time to show off 22's!

A couple of my favorite K-22 shooters:

An 8-3/8" Model 17-4, with some very nice Thailand sourced grips...





... and a K-22 Combat Masterpiece with King sights:







Both of the above were well-used prior to coming into my collection, they both spent a little time in the talented hands of Nelson Ford (the Gunsmith) for an action job and some fine tuning and they both continue to be well-used now by me and my boys.

This is a K-22 from 1950 that I won at a small local auction house. The original diamond magnas number to the gun, but the gold box is contemporary, but several numbers off. The grips shown are Ken Driskill elk stags...

This is a pre-34 model of 1953 22/32 Kit Gun built on the I-frame. I inherited this from my father, who purchased this new. I have the original grips, box, docs and tools. Grip shown is a Hogue monogrip. My father was a southpaw and below the picture of the gun is a set of grips that he made.
