Randomly wanted to see how fast I could unload 6 magazines.

So far 39.5 seconds.

Looking for some possible times of other members, perhaps we can get something going for fun. :)

29s flat. That is unaimed fire, preping the next mag in hand, dropping mag using the button, slamming in the new one, hitting the BAD lever to cycle the bolt, then recomencing fire while picking up the next mag. Theorectically I should be able to do it in closer to 27s. I will leave that to Jerry. This is all using my CED7000 shooting timer. Mainly the issue at least for a competition shooter like me is getting 150 rounds of something that does not have any duds or feeding issues. So out of any random number of tries, say 5, I find I can only have 2 clean runs.
29s is actually an extrapolation since I only have 5 mags, but I have done that in 24s flat. I am shooting off the 25 rounds in a hair less than 4 seconds and doing it the way I said I can do 1s mag changes so each mag and swap totals 5s each give or take a little. At a recent S&W sponsored event I was shooting off about 100 rounds of aimed shots in a little over 40 seconds (70 steel knockdown targets, some only 1.5" wide) And I did not finish first either. That is 4 full aimed mags hitting with almost 18 of 25 rounds.

Looks like a little trigger finger fatigue was setting in on that last mag young Jedi...

Also, what range in Palm be do they allow rapid fire?

I'm truly curious; is there a reason why you switch between your index and middle fingers?

How well does the drum work? Botach has them for about 70 is this a black dog magazine?

Is that a light saber?

They are not as clumsy or random as a blaster. An elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

Yea, I wish I had a bad lever.

finger fatigue
^This. The muscles in my fingers will spazz and become unresponsive if if don't keep on alternating. Something I need to work on so I can keep it more clean and effective.

It works pretty well, I might have to adjust the tensioner (Or whatever its called) though because its starting to misfeed every now and then. Its already spit out almost 1.5k rounds as of now.

Why yes, my primary weapon. :)

What type of ammo is that? Lots of black smoke from it

I don't remember the sequence, but I know 5 of the mags had CCI stingers and the lone one had the Aguila Super-max 30gr.

Mine is a PC model which has a match chamber. Can't use Stingers or Thunderbolts in a match chamber. Generally I use either Fed 550, Champion 525, Automatch 325, CCI AR-Tactical 375, Win M-22 1000.
To get the fastest cycle time and the shortest reset distance I use a Geissele Super 3-Gun trigger.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think S&W says not to use Stingers in the AR15-22. Besides likely action issues they probably don't recommend them due to possibly causing long term excessive wear on the gun. One reason I don't use them is because they are about the least accurate round you can fire out of any .22LR. Plus once you get over 75 yards away CCI-Velocitors hit harder and carry farther.

The standard models can shoot the stingers forever, its the PC models that can't due to its match chamber.

I'm just not sure why people bother shooting them. They are relatively inaccurate when compared to say CCI Standard Velocity and even SV can kill pests out past 100 yards if you can adjust for the bullet drop. If I want to hit something far out I would just unlimber my Savage bolt gun in 22WMR or something even heavier.

Any chance your a member of the 501st? For several years, I was BH7978. I let my membership expire, however.

I like them for the noise factor. Its more appeasing than the standard bellowing this pea shooter makes when shooting something 40gr. I usually shoot the fed bulks or cci mini mags, but for videos or anything of the like i like using the the stingers or the aguila 30gr.
