Today’s casting

My originals bought in the 70’s were worn out, would not cast a round projectile. Tried using a C clamp but way too much trouble. Was unsure how RCBS “ is” these days but called and some very young girl answered phone. Asked her about their lifetime warranty, she said “ yes just send them to us and we will replace them free”. Then I mentioned the broken primer arm and worn out plastic tips on primer tubes. She said we will send you new ones too. Pleasantly surprised and Very happy when everything came back. Did notice the new molds are taller than originals as had to adjust the rest under the large RCBS pot. Seemed to take longer to get to the temperature to throw good projectiles, but no big deal.
I know most of RCBS items are made in china but unsure about molds? BTW ,I miss my original primer pick up tubes with the metal spring tip, son has them so going to get them as he does not reload….
Overall highly pleased with RCBS.
