I love to tinker and do home action jobs with S&W revolvers---been doing it for years. But I do have a complaint: S&W puts too many unneeded and unnecessary parts in their revolvers.

I'm always leaving out the thingajigs, whatacallits and gizmos. Got a bucket full of them.

And S&W always seems to have too many screws in their revolvers---totally unnecessary.

I'm thinking my actions jobs should add at least
$150 to each piece and I just may put some in this forum's classifieds.

Oh, yeah, fellas, I have so many left over loose
screws, that if anyone has a need for a loose screw or two, I'd be happy to mail them to you.

Have a good day, Danski

Man.. then you should get a job at S&W showing them what they're doing wrong. You'll make big bucks saving them money on the useless parts they're using.........

If you shake it and it doesn't rattle then you left something out.
Don't worry about the left over parts. Look how many people go through life obviously missing something.

A few years ago a guy walked into my local gunsmith with a box of parts.
It contained S&W, Colt & Dan Wesson revolvers and a few auto pistols, all in pieces, all mixed up. He took them apart and couldn't get 'em back together. He was missing something too.
